Evergreen Devco Opens Apartment Leasing for Outlook Clear Creek in Wheat Ridge

Evergreen Devco, Inc., a leading retail and multifamily development company, has announced that Outlook Clear Creek Apartments are now available for pre-leasing to residents. The 310-unit apartment community is part of Clear Creek Crossing, a 110-acre mixed-use development located near the intersection of Interstate 70 and Highway 58 in Wheat Ridge.

“Outlook Clear Creek Apartments is the first development to open in the Clear Creek Crossing neighborhood,” said Jeff Wikstrom, principal and regional president at Evergreen Devco. “Located at the gateway to the Colorado Rocky Mountains, Outlook Clear Creek’s inviting new community boasts incredible views, a convenient location and stylish, modern amenities. We are excited to provide luxury living in this prime location.”

Outlook’s charming apartments, located on an 11.6-acre parcel, are fashioned in a modern agrarian-style and provide residents with the convenience of building elevators and attached garages. Prospective residents may choose between seven open-concept floor plans, including carriage units, studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts. Floor plans range from 600 to 1,120 square feet and all units will boast quartz countertops, designer finishes, spacious walk-in closets, and a balcony or patio.

Outlook Clear Creek apartments were designed by Denver-based Kephart Architects and are being built by Denver-based Nexus Builders. Greystar Real Estate will be managing the apartment community that is expected to be completed in the Fall of 2021.

A destination development, Clear Creek Crossing caters to residents throughout the region, including Wheat Ridge and the nearby communities of Arvada, Golden and Lakewood. In addition to the Outlook Clear Creek apartments, the development is anchored by a 26-acre SLC Health campus and will include fast-casual restaurants, “chef-driven” dining, specialty retail shops and grocery market, hotels, recreation and public spaces.
