FlatIron Crossing has announced an external leasing partnership with The Zall Company for the premier retail destination along the busy U.S. 36 corridor and HiFi at FlatIron Crossing, the new outdoor dining and entertainment hub with residences now in development adjacent to the enclosed retail property.
This relationship is designed to extend the robust efforts of Macerich’s internal leasing team and uncover additional opportunities for FlatIron Crossing and HiFi at FlatIron Crossing, which recently named Pindustry as the project’s first “eatertainment” anchor.
“We are excited to add even more leasing firepower to our efforts as we continue to bring customers in Broomfield and the surrounding area the very best new retailers, restaurants and entertainment concepts for FlatIron Crossing and HiFi at FlatIron Crossing,” said Meghan Kaltenstein, vice president of leasing, Macerich, which owns and operates FlatIron Crossing. “We expect Zall to extend our team’s successes in realizing our vision to make HiFi at FlatIron Crossing the region’s top destination for ‘All Things Fun.’”
Located within the growing Northwest Corridor between Denver and Boulder, FlatIron Crossing is a major retail property with nearly 200 popular retailers including Apple, DICK’S Sporting Goods, Dillard’s, Macy’s, AMC Theatres, lululemon, Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma, and restaurants including Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar, P.F. Chang’s and Red Robin.
HiFi at FlatIron Crossing is the re-envisioned, 25-acre mixed-use outdoor community hub with shopping, dining, entertainment and living adjacent to the premier shopping destination, FlatIron Crossing. At its heart, HiFi features lush green spaces for all types of events and activations, from concerts and group fitness classes to farmers markets and festivals, infused with the spirit of shared connections and adventure. Designed for convenient, stylish living and enjoying life with unmatched walkability, HiFi broke ground in summer 2024.
Key elements at HiFi include NOVEL FlatIron by Crescent Communities—a new, five-story, 347-unit luxury multifamily residential community—and Pindustry, the property’s first “eatertainment” anchor, which is set to bring 34,000 square feet of food and fun to this destination.
Phased openings at HiFi are set to begin in 2027, including Pindustry and NOVEL FlatIron. For updates and information surrounding the development of HiFi at FlatIron Crossing, visit FlatIronCrossing.com/Redevelopment.
