Denver Metro BOMA recently announced that four local buildings have won regional TOBY Awards in the Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Midwestern Northern Region Award competition.
The TOBY Awards is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry recognizing quality in commercial buildings and rewarding excellence in building management. During the competition, all facets of a building’s operations are thoroughly evaluated. Buildings are judged on everything from community involvement, tenant relations and site management to environmental and “green” policies and procedures. The competition consists of three levels and begins at the local Denver Metro BOMA association level. Winning entries then advance to the regional level and, now, four regional winners from Denver Metro BOMA are advancing to the international level. The 2022 BOMA International TOBY Awards will be held in Nashville, Tennessee June 25-28, 2022.
“We are so excited that of the 10 regional building entries, four Denver Metro BOMA buildings are now advancing to the international competition,” Denver Metro BOMA Executive Director Stephen Shepard said. “We can’t wait to attend the International TOBY Awards later this month in Nashville to see the final winners.”
