Gardens at Hidden Creek Multifamily Sold $10.2M

Colorado Springs, CO – CBRE Denver Multifamily Investment Properties completed the $10.2 million sale of the Gardens at Hidden Creek apartment community located at 1123 Verde Drive in East Colorado Springs.

CBRE’s Jake Young, Dave Potarf, Dan Woodward and Matt Barnett represented the seller, Madison Realty Investors of Littleton, Colorado. Slipstream Properties of Glendale, Colorado, purchased the property, which was built in 1971 and includes 125 units.
