GH Phipps Construction Announces 3 New Employees

Greenwood Village, CO  — GH Phipps Construction Companies is pleased to announce the hiring of three new employees, who bring with them extensive experience in the construction industry.

GH Phipps has named Mark Arnold the operations manager for the Northern Colorado markets. Based in Fort Collins, he will be pursuing business development opportunities, focusing on healthcare, higher education / K-12, private development, and commercial construction. Arnold comes to Phipps with 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He earned a degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska.

Randy Bennett has joined GH Phipps as a general superintendent, bringing more than 38 years of experience with him. His significant commercial, civic, healthcare and residential work includes the Ellie Caulkins Opera House and the Temple Buell Theatre, the Ritz Carlton Residences in Vail, numerous projects in Snowmass Village (including the Viceroy Hotel), and the new 250 Columbine Mixed-Use Development in Cherry Creek North. Bennett is based in Phipps’ Denver office.

GH Phipps has brought Louis Primak on board as Construction Operations Manager, based in the Denver office. He has more than 30 years of construction experience and has worked on major hospitality, casino/gaming, institutional, civic, sports/recreation, transportation, and office projects. His new Denver buildings include 16M, an office/residential project at 16th and Market streets, and 17W, a residential/retail building at 17th and Wewatta streets. Primak earned a bachelor of science degree in Building Construction from Arizona State University.
