GKT Writer Square LLC, an affiliate of Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, purchased downtown Denver’s Writer Square for $96 million. The mixed-use property includes retail and office space, and is currently 97% leased per Unico. Geoff Baukol from the CBRE Denver office represented the seller in the transaction.
