Dallas-based developer Granite Properties has been awarded 2022 Developer of the Year by NAIOP, for its innovation, commitment to sustainability, and industry leadership. The award is the association’s highest honor.

The award will be presented during NAIOP’s CRE Converge conference in Chicago this October.
