Commerce City, CO – Hackman Capital Partners, LLC and Calare Properties, Inc. recently sold 9410 Heinz Way to an affiliate of Gramercy Property Trust, a New York based global investor and asset manager of commercial real estate. The 140,630-square-foot industrial facility was built in 2005 for current tenant Home Depot and is situated on 18.3 acres in Commerce City, Colorado, just outside of Denver, near the Denver International Airport.
CBRE’s Brad Ruppel and Brian Fiumara represented Hackman Capital Partners in the transaction.
The property was part of an 11.38-million-square-foot industrial portfolio purchased in 2007 by a joint venture formed by Hackman Capital Partners, Calare Properties and KBS Real Estate Investment Trust. The bulk of those properties are located in the Northeast.
