Industrial Constructors/Managers, Inc. (ICM) has earned a certification from the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI), a milestone that expands the company’s capabilities in the growing precast construction market, while reinforcing its commitment to quality, safety and technical excellence.
Awarded following a comprehensive audit, the certification verifies that ICM meets PCI’s rigorous standards for the inspection, quality assurance and erection of precast and prestressed concrete systems. The certification enables ICM to pursue a broader range of projects involving precast and prestressed concrete manufacturing, fabrication oversight, inspection and erection service. It also opens the door to a growing marketing segment that includes transportation infrastructure, bridges, parking structures, commercial developments, industrial facilities, warehouses, utility projects and the rapidly expanding data center market.

As public agencies, municipalities and private developers increasingly specify PCI-certified erectors for transportation, infrastructure and commercial projects, the credential strengthens ICM’s ability to compete for new work and build long-term customer relationships.
