NAVA Real Estate Development (NAVA), a Colorado-based development company focused on improving communities through quality design and healthy programming, has secured a long-term lease for its first retail space at Lakehouse, a 12-story, mixed-use condominium community under construction on the south shore of Sloan’s Lake. Design is underway for Whole Sol Blend Bar, the first all-organic blend bar to open in the United States, on its third location, which is scheduled to open late 2019.

Whole Sol Blend Bar has leased approximately 1,300 square feet on the ground level. Another 4,900 square feet is currently available. NAVA will announce additional retail tenants in the near future.

“NAVA is partnering with businesses that will help our Lakehouse residents achieve their health and wellness goals,” said Brian Levitt, president and co-founder of NAVA Real Estate Development. “Whole Sol Blend Bar is an ideal addition to our wellness-minded community, as well as to the west side of Denver’s rapidly emerging lifestyle and culinary scene. We’re hopeful the neighborhood will fully embrace this nutritious, forward-thinking concept.”

Located less than three miles from downtown Denver and one mile from Mile High Stadium, Lakehouse is part of the master-planned SLOANS neighborhood. Lakehouse has been designed as Colorado’s first project to pilot and pursue WELL Building Certification, a globally-recognized program focused on promoting human health and wellness within the built environment with board members that include Michael Roizen and Deepak Chopra.

Whole Sol Blend Bar was founded by husband-wife team Phil Dumontet and Alexa Squillaro. The two met while training for the New York City Marathon and, after talking race nutrition, decided that Whole Sol Blend Bar was the best solution for making healthy food options easily accessible for people seeking health and wellness. Capitalizing on their third store’s location, Dumontet and Squillaro also purchased a rowhome residence at Lakehouse.

“Alexa and I chose Lakehouse not only as our home, but as a place to grow our business because we share the community’s commitment to holistic health,” said Phil Dumontet, co-founder and CEO of Whole Sol Blend Bar. “We’re thrilled to open our third Whole Sol Blend Bar as the go-to organic health spot in one of the most exciting, vibrant neighborhoods in Denver. Just steps off the lake, this location will offer an exclusive, expanded menu for breakfast and lunch. We look forward to providing residents with healthy food options and also participating in ongoing education about the benefits to mindful eating.”

Whole Sol Blend Bar at Lakehouse will offer a variety of smoothie bōls, cold-pressed juices, power up shots, toasts and more. Visit Whole Sol Blend Bar’s other locations at 1735 Chestnut Place in Denver and 1420 Pearl Street in Boulder.
