Denver, CO – Transwestern’s Denver office recently announced the sale of a 21,674-square-foot lot located at 2816 – 2826 W. 29th Ave., across the street from Viking Park in Denver. The site was sold to Connell Real Estate & Development Co., of Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. Transwestern Director Steve Markle and Associate Nate Perry represented the seller, Sagebrush Cos.
“We had a tremendous amount of interest in this site,” said Markle. “Jefferson Park is one of Denver’s hottest submarkets, with population and real estate values soaring in recent years.”
Viking Park includes numerous shopping destinations, restaurants and other amenities, and provides easy access to Interstate 25.
