Layton Construction, a leading U.S. general contractor, is opening a new office in Denver, Layton’s 11th office nationwide. Layton has been building in Colorado for more than 15 years and has extensive experience in the healthcare market in Denver. The new office is located at 1001 Bannock Street, Suite 126.

“Bringing an office to the Denver market reflects the demand from our current local customers and the requests from our local subcontractors to create a base for increased support. It will also allow us to continue to support the growth of other local businesses and the economy in Colorado,” said Cris Bryant, vice president of Layton’s Denver office. “We have been working in Denver for more than 15 years and have been able to contribute to the development and growth of a great community. Denver is a very active construction market and will be for a very long time.”

Layton currently works extensively in the areas of healthcare, data centers, hospitality, retail, entertainment, tenant improvement, warehouse and distribution and commercial offices.

Key projects Layton has constructed in the Denver market include the Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center Tower renovation, Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children NICU expansion, Banner East Morgan County Hospital expansion, retail renovations within Denver International Airport and renovation work of the Denver Colorado Temple. Layton also specializes in tenant improvement and has done several projects in Denver.
