Legacy Partners & USAA Real Estate Company Break Ground on 322-Unit Multifamily in Denver’s Golden Triangle
Denver, CO – Legacy Partners, in a joint venture with USAA Real Estate Company, held a groundbreaking for the 2.3-acre luxury apartment development TriVista on Speer, previously Legacy on Speer. The seven-story, 322-unit development, featuring one- two- and three-bedroom units is projected to reach completion by early 2019.
