COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of Office Club Point, a 7,447-square foot office property located in Colorado Springs, CO, according to Richard A. Bird, regional manager of the firm’s Denver office. The asset sold for $1,111,800.
The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Griffin D. McCarty, Bob Kaplan and Brandon Kramer, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office.
The office building is located at 1880 Office Club Point in Colorado Springs. According to McCarty, “the buyer is a California investor initiating a reverse 1031 exchange out of multiple residential properties. We introduced him to the Colorado Commercial market and MMCC found a local lender for the transaction.”
