Central Park Plaza, a 17,844-square-foot shopping center located at 5096 Central Park Boulevard in Denver, Colorado, has sold for $5,100,000.
The seller and buyer, both private investors in this transaction, were represented by Ryan Bowlby, senior associate and Drew Isaac, senior vice president investments both located in Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office. There has been a significant amount of interest in retail properties within the city of Denver, leading to a swift sale. “Stapleton is a dynamic submarket and there was strong investor interest in the property. We started receiving offers almost immediately and were able to close within 90 days of commencing marketing,” Bowlby stated.
Central Park Plaza is located in Stapleton, a rapidly growing community in Denver that is one of the largest urban redevelopments in the country with a population of 24,500. Stapleton is located approximately halfway between downtown Denver and Denver International Airport and connected to both through the Denver Airport “A Line” and light rail system.
