Amelie Company, a Denver-based full-service marketing agency, has signed a three-year lease for a 2,036-square-foot office space at Zeppelin Development’s Taxi 2 property, located at 3457 Ringsby Ct, Denver.
Jeff Caldwell and Eric Shaw, commercial brokers with Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, LLC, represented the tenant, Amelie Company in the transaction.
The Taxi Campus is a 28-acre, mixed-use community, with 10 buildings celebrating its 25th Anniversary next year. Taxi 2 was built in 2008. The 100,000-square-foot building features two floors of commercial units and privately owned residential condos, of which Zeppelin still owns a handful.
According to Adam Larkey, COO of Zeppelin Development, Amelie’s lease will begin on July 1, 2024. Their suite was refreshed with the addition of some new offices and a new ensuite restroom.
“We continue to see occupancy rates north of 90% on both the residential as well as on commercial spaces due to a plethora of amenities that tenants are entitled to campus-wide. Among those amenities is a brand new 7,000-square-foot fitness center completed a few months ago, parking included in the price, communal conference rooms, F&B options, dog parks and 24/7 roving security. We see our tenants more as community members and are thrilled to have Amelie Co. as a part of Taxi.”
