Loveland, CO – NavPoint Real Estate Group recently announced the sale of a 14,589 SF office building at 3850 N Grant Avenue in Loveland. The seller was DDIT Texas, LLC. The buyer was Blue Sky Real Estate O, LTD. John Witt and Matt Call of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the seller. Annah Moore of CBRE Inc. represented the buyer.
This deal successfully closed in September 2016. The property is conveniently located off West 38th Street in north Loveland along Hwy 287. The building was originally constructed in 1996, the current tenants include Miramont Family Medicine, University of Colorado Health, and Edward Jones.
