Taurus Builders, a Denver-based full-service commercial construction firm, recently completed the tenant space for Forum Investment Group — a private real estate investment firm – within the highly anticipated 240 St. Paul, a six-story, 83,594-square-foot class A office building located in the highly desirable Cherry Creek neighborhood.
The 11,566-square-foot office occupies the entire fourth floor, offering employees, clients and guests a warm and inviting space that features a wide array of high-end finishes such as wood slat ceilings and a large amenity area with stunning mountain views, as well as highly distinctive features including a hidden bookcase door and a stunning vapor fireplace.
The tenant finish kicked off in July 2021 and received TCO in late October 2021. Taurus Builders started construction in the Forum Investment Group space before the building core and shell work was completed, requiring close collaboration with the building contractor and city inspectors.
