Elsy Studios, a Denver-based commercial interior design firm dedicated to delivering customized environments at any scale, recently created a boutique office space at 9100 E. Panorama Drive in Centennial for The Chotin Group, leaders in real estate lending and private equity investments.
Elsy Studios worked to craft a space tailor-made to The Chotin Group’s needs. Their vision was clear: they wanted a sophisticated, timeless space that blended industrial character with warmth and modernity.
Upon entering the 3,400-square-foot office, visitors are greeted by a wood portal surround that offers an inviting peek at the artistry within. The design narrative revolves around facilitating both focused, solitary work and fostering collaborative social interaction. Throughout the office, a diverse art collection, each piece hand-selected for its significance to the team, creates a backdrop that inspires and sparks conversation.
The main conference room emits a vibrant New York ambiance juxtaposed against a Colorado live-edge table. The focus of the main conference room is a custom-designed shelving unit built to house books that are bound with an image of the Brooklyn Bridge.
The social heart of the office is the open and familial café space. Ample circulation pathways are lined with pieces from the Chotin family’s existing art collection, alongside newly commissioned pieces, giving the space a gallery-like quality. Above all, this workplace is a direct reflection of the Chotin Group’s brand. From the meticulous attention to quality and detail throughout to the wood and glass circular motif found throughout the space, which nods to the brand’s heritage and future aspirations, this space is designed specifically to support this company’s evolution. The workplace is also designed to promote quiet heads-down work and social collaboration.
