Mixed Use Building in Castle Rock Sells for $3.6M

Castle Rock, CONavPoint Real Estate Group is pleased to announce the sale of a 19,550 SF mixed use building at 340-390 Perry Street in Castle Rock. The seller was Castle Centerstone, LLC. The buyer was Besherit, LLC. John Witt and Matt Call of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the buyer. Barry Higgins, Cory Gross, and David Lee of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.

This deal successfully closed in August 2016 with tenants such as Castle Rock Family Enrichment, Glitter, Dream Pastries, Copper Falls Spa & Salon, Lost Coffee, and many others. The property is conveniently located off Perry Street and 3rd Street in historic downtown Castle Rock. The building was originally constructed in 1999. The new owner liked the local vibe and feel of downtown Castle Rock and all the tenants at the project.
