Modera LoHi Apartments Project Charges Forward

In spite of the COVID Pandemic, the Modera LoHi Apartments project is charging forward as scheduled.

While Alliance Construction Solutions has adapted new policies and procedures to maintain social distancing, safety, and jobsite cleanliness standards on all of its jobsites to combat the pandemic, this hasn’t stopped the Modera LoHi team from implementing creative solutions to ensure the project is completed as scheduled.

The team is currently ninety percent complete with the exterior façade, and a punch list has been completed through level three of the five story structure. Finishes are also well underway.

Once completed, the Modera LoHi Apartments will provide one hundred and thirty-two units in the Lower Highlands neighborhood. A podium plus four design, the 191,592-square-foot complex will provide underground parking to residents, as well as other amenities including a lounge, fitness center, an outdoor deck, pool deck, and a rooftop deck with incredible views of Denver’s skyline.

Modera LoHi is being developed by Mill Creek Residential Trust. Alliance Construction Solutions serves as the general contractor on the project, with Shears Adkins Rockmore leading the design. The project is located at 2525 16th St. and is expected to be completed in Fall 2020.
