JE Dunn Construction Welcomes Senior Vice President John Moore 

DENVER – JE Dunn Construction, a commercial general contractor, has announced the addition of John Moore as senior vice president and regional director of business development. John is responsible for overseeing business development activities in JE Dunn’s West Region comprised of offices in Denver, Colorado Springs, Portland and Phoenix. He received his bachelor of science degree in engineering from Colorado State University and is a registered engineer in the State of Colorado.

John MooreMoore joined JE Dunn in March 2017 after spending virtually his entire career at Martin/Martin, Inc., a Colorado based civil and structural engineering firm. He joined Martin/Martin in 1990 and began leading their civil engineering department in 2011 as the director of civil engineering. In 2012 he was named vice president and elected to the firm’s board of directors. In 2014 he was named as the firm’s treasurer. During this time, he was a champion of firm growth with the creation of branch offices in Avon, Colorado, and Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Moore brings with him a vast network of contacts he’s made across his 30-year career in the consulting engineering industry. As a proven “champion of growth”, he will focus on increasing JE Dunn’s visibility in the marketplace, further enhancing business development strategies for the West Region, and increasing market share and sales locally and regionally.

Savills Studley Adds Veteran Denver-Based Project Management Team

Hammett will lead a new Denver-based project management team with experienced commercial real estate services professionals J.T. Hammett and Matt Hammett. This new project management team is the latest addition to Savills Studley’s fast-growing Denver office, which has added an additional 16 experienced Denver-based real estate advisors since the start of 2017.

John HammettBefore coming to Savills Studley, Hammett was a Senior Vice President and Senior Project Manager at the Denver Office of Cushman & Wakefield for eight years and a Senior Project Manager and Principal at Cresa Denver from 2001 to 2009. Hammett has consulted and managed, on average, more than 500,000-square-feet and $15 million in managed construction cost annually and has experience on projects across the United States and Latin America.

J.T. Hammett was most recently a project manager within Cushman & Wakefield’s Project Management Group. He joined the firm in 2011 and previously acted as business analyst within the firm’s Portfolio Management Group.

Matt Hammett has worked as an independent contractor for commercial real estate services and energy production clients since 2014. During this time, he provided project management, transaction management, strategic planning, accounting and relocation management services.

 

Wember Hires Stacy Phillips as Project Engineer

CENTENNIAL – Wember is pleased to announce the expansion of our staff with the hiring of Stacy Phillips, project engineer. Stacy is providing project management support related to budgets, meeting coordination, project team coordination, and information documentation. Stacy is currently serving as project engineer on the City of Greeley Civic Center and Greeley Fire Station #1 and Headquarters.

“I couldn’t be more excited to have Stacy join our team,” stated Paul Wember, president. “The support Stacy will be providing is critical to further developing our clients services.”

Her previous employment includes serving as project administrator and pre-construction coordinator for two general contractor firms. Outside of the construction industry, she served as executive administrative assistant and event planner for the United Sorghum Checkoff Program, a national agricultural commodity organization.

Wember is an owner’s representative firm in the architecture and construction industry. Wember was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Centennial, Colorado. The firm has managed more than 80 projects in Wyoming and Colorado that total more than $730 million in construction value, in both the public and private sectors.
