Catamount Constructors Announces New Board of Directors Member Paul Washington
Catamount Constructors, Inc., a 100% employee-owned ENR Top 400 Contractor, announces new Board of Directors member Paul Washington.
In his current position as executive vice president at IMA Financial Group, Paul oversees mergers and acquisitions, governance, administration, Insurtech investments, and real estate strategy. Prior to IMA, he was a regional president for JLL; served as the executive director of economic development for the City of Denver; and was founder and president of LJS Holdings, an international investment banking firm.
Based in the Denver metro area, Paul is also a civic leader and sits on the board of directors for the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, Colorado Concern, Downtown Denver Partnership, and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.
As a Catamount Board of Directors Member, Paul will bring his expertise in real estate and civic organizations to promote Catamount’s strategy. His focus in leadership development will help Catamount drive meaningful growth opportunities for Catamount’s employee-owners.

Paul holds a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law; a Bachelor of Science in Business from University of California, at Berkeley; and a Master of Laws from University of Denver.
Kairoi Residential welcomes Max Fink as Vice President of Acquisitions
Kairoi Residential, a premier, vertically integrated, multifamily investment, development and property management company, announced that Max Fink has joined the company as vice president of acquisitions. In his role, he will be responsible for helping to grow the company’s acquisition platform in Denver, Phoenix, Salt Lake City and Las Vegas.
Prior to joining Kairoi, Max founded the Carroll Organization’s Denver office to lead the company’s western expansion in the multifamily industry. He has also held senior acquisition, research and development positions with companies in the multifamily industry. He graduated from Lafayette College with a BA in Economics and a BA in Mathematics.
