Design Workshop Announces 2024 Promotions
Design Workshop announced several promotions in Colorado (Aspen/Denver). These promotions acknowledge the individual achievements, collaborative efforts and incredible talents that are driving the continued success of Design Workshop.
Those promoted to senior associate include: Ashley Hejtmanek (Aspen); Eric Krohngold (Denver); Marianne Stuck (Aspen); Marla Bousquet (Denver); Micah Giardetti (Denver); and Mike Huskey (Denver).
Those promoted to associate include: Aaron Woolverton (Denver); Adam Carreau (Denver); Carly Clevenstine (Aspen); Dylan Bagnasco (Aspen); Jake Malishkin (Denver); and Ryan Williams (Aspen).

Norris Design Promotes Team Member in Fort Collins
Norris Design, a national people and placemaking firm, announced the promotion of Ellie Nyquist to senior associate in its Fort Collins office.
Since joining Norris Design in 2016, Ellie has been committed to creating impactful community spaces. She has gained focused experience in parks and recreation, trails and open space, residential and mixed-use communities. Ellie aims for her designs to inspire, promote engagement and inclusivitiy, and leave a positive impact on communities for generations to come. Her recent work includes Bear River Park, Breckenridge Blue River Pathways and ModernWest.
“Ellie has the ability to manage complex projects with ease, creatively leveraging design solutions that benefit both the client and the end user. Her understanding of the industry and her excitement to create spaces that improve the way people live, work and play is undeniable. JLL Welcomes Mike Arnold as Vice President
JLL recently announced Mike Arnold has joined the firm as vice president, specializing in tenant/occupier representation. Arnold brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate to his new role, where he will focus on expanding JLL’s presence in Colorado Springs, his childhood hometown, alongside Tom Lepry.
“I am thrilled to join JLL and return to my roots in Colorado Springs,” said Arnold. “The opportunity to leverage JLL’s resources and platform to dominate the Colorado Springs market is incredibly exciting. I look forward to providing unparalleled service to our clients and contributing to the continued success of JLL.”
Arnold’s career in commercial real estate began at Cassidy Turley, where he served as an analyst before transitioning to become a broker at Avison Young. There, he then honed his skills as a tenant rep office leasing broker and later at Cresa, where he spent nearly five years specializing in portfolio account management, financial analysis, contract negotiations, workforce strategy and workplace strategy.
“Mike’s extensive experience and deep understanding of the Colorado Springs market make him an invaluable addition to our team,” said Dan McGowan, brokerage lead for JLL’s Rocky Mountain region. “His commitment to client service and track record of success align perfectly with JLL’s values and objectives. Arnold, a Colorado native, graduated from Cheyenne Mountain High School in 2005 and the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado with a degree in finance and real estate in 2009.
