Behavioral Health Specialist Stuart Thomas Joins CBRE in Denver

Stuart Thomas has joined CBRE’s Denver office as an executive vice president with CBRE’s Advisory Services Healthcare practice.

Thomas focuses exclusively on the healthcare sector, specializing in advising behavioral health companies on their real estate and growth strategies. He has more than 20 years of experience in property leasing and sales, tenant representation, portfolio optimization, national corporate healthcare advisory services, and multi-site strategy and positioning. His clients are local and national mental and behavioral healthcare providers, health systems and owners of healthcare real estate.

Thomas joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he led the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group for the Colorado region.

“Stuart is known for putting his clients first and advocating for their interests with the highest level of care and expertise. His knowledge combined with CBRE’s platform will allow more behavioral healthcare organizations to realize their goals for efficiency, growth, and outstanding patient care,” said Katie Kruger, senior managing director and Colorado market leader.

Thomas graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance and development.

Liz Meyers Promoted to Vice President of Client Experience at Kairoi Residential

With over 13 years of leadership in multifamily, Liz brings expertise in social outreach, marketing, relationship building, and property operations. Having managed for over 30 clients in 10 states she is well versed in lease-ups, value add, repositioning, and all classes of asset types. Her history in design and understanding of residents’ needs has led to her being a sought-after pre-construction consultant on luxury ground-up developments as well as spearheading thousands of unit renovations and many other capital improvement projects. Liz has a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Communications and Psychology from the University of Montana.
