JLL adds industry veteran to Denver office tenant representation team

Liz Osborne

JLL announced the addition of Elizabeth Osborne as managing director in its Denver office. With more than 15 years of experience, Osborne comes to JLL from Cushman & Wakefield, where she was an executive managing director and completed over ten million square feet of transactions across the country. Now, Osborne will join JLL with a specialization in tenant representation, employing her leadership and tenant advisory skills to effectively advocate for clients during their real estate decision-making processes.

“Our Denver team includes some of the most creative, experienced and successful real estate professionals in all of Colorado. Adding Liz allows our team to expand, improves our client service capabilities and makes the entire team better. She has been a consistent top performer in the Denver market and we are thrilled she is joining the team,” said Dan McGowan, brokerage lead for JLL’s Rocky Mountain Region. “Liz’s innate attention to detail and ability to align real estate decisions with company-specific objectives directly coincide with JLL’s client-centric approach.”

As Managing Director with the Office Tenant Representation team, Osborne will apply her expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning and business development to support local, regional and national clientele. In her previous role, she co-led a top-producing team of tenant advisory professionals focused on best-in-class advisory tools and processes, where she garnered pivotal knowledge to provide unparalleled results for the organizations she works with. Osborne’s team leadership abilities will prove useful in her new role at JLL, as she will serve as a trusted advisor and mentor for her colleagues.

“The Denver Tenant Rep team at JLL has long been known for its excellence in the field, and I’m excited to be a part of it,” said JLL’s Osborne. “JLL’s innovative approach to the industry and their unwavering, relentless commitment to enhancing the client experience is what drew me to the opportunity. I don’t think there’s a more strategic place to pursue business and service existing clients, and I’m eager to add to the team’s momentum.
