New VP of Finance and Operations Joins Farnsworth Group
Farnsworth Group, Inc., a national full-service engineering, architecture, and survey firm, announced that Chris Payne has joined the company to serve as vice president, Finance and Operations.
Payne joins Farnsworth Group with deep roots in the Architecture/Engineering consulting industry and brings more than 15 years of experience in financial leadership, accounting, strategy, analytics and forecasting to the company. Payne has completed work throughout the United States and abroad. He previously served in both operational and finance roles with the Wood Group and Jacobs (formerly CH2M).
In this role, Payne will be located in the Company’s Denver office and will collaborate directly with Farnsworth Group principals, board members, senior leaders, and project managers to foster an environment of continued business growth and excellence. He will also provide strategic leadership on financial and other related affairs of the corporation. He blends his professional experience with a focus on team building and process improvement.

Payne earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado in Boulder, and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD Business School located in Fontainebleau, France. He is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Marketing Coordinator, Katie Coats joins NavPoint Real Estate Group
NavPoint Real Estate Group welcomes Katie Coats as their newest addition to the team.
Katie joins the NavPoint Real Estate Team after graduating from Harding University in 2021 with a degree in art and design. Through her creative problem solving, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of graphic design, Katie seeks to bring the highest quality of design to all her work.
Katie moved to Castle Rock after graduating college in the summer of 2021. In her free time, she enjoys painting, finding new restaurants to try, and spending time with her husband, Blake, and their two dogs, Wrangler and Rowdy, as well as family and friends.

Tanner Johnson Joins PlattPointe Capital
Tanner Johnson, formerly of Bisnow, has accepted a position at Denver-based boutique commercial real estate capital advisory firm PlattPointe Capital, as director. Tanner will utilize his deep base of contacts and years of commercial real estate experience to help PlattPointe Capital continue their success in providing financing options to developers, investors and owners of multifamily projects and properties.

Essex Financial Group Hires New Assistant Vice President
Chris White joined Essex Financial Group as an assistant vice president of Loan Production. He will focus primarily on sourcing multifamily debt and equity for the commercial mortgage banking firm.
Cooper Williams, president of Essex, said, “We are excited to have Chris on the team. He has extensive knowledge of the multi-family sector throughout Colorado. His in-depth understanding of the product will benefit both borrowers and lenders. We’re confident he will help Essex grow this segment of the business.”
Chris previously served as director on the multi-family investment sales team in JLL’s Denver office and was directly involved in more than $1.0 billion in multi-family transactions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a certificate in Real Estate from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Chris is a licensed broker in the state of Colorado.
