Kentwood Real Estate Announces Connor Donahue as a Senior Commercial Advisor for Kentwood Commercial

Norris Design Hires Associate in Denver

Alison Madden

Norris Design, a national planning, landscape architecture and branding firm, has announced the recent hire of Alison Madden, associate DBIA as an associate in its Denver office.

Alison is a landscape professional with more than eight years of experience and a master’s degree in landscape architecture from the University of Colorado, Denver. With a strong background in design-build project delivery, Alison joined the construction administration team at Norris Design. Her past experience is largely in master-planned communities and hospitality projects, which reflects her interest in programming that makes a positive impact on communities. Alison is currently working on the Wind Crest development in Highlands Ranch, Brighton Crossing and Villages at Centennial where she handles estimating, coordinating project teams and guiding the construction processes.

CBRE announced that five professionals in its Colorado offices have achieved honorary title promotions.

Erik Abrahamson

Erik Abrahamson is promoted to senior vice president. Mr. Abrahamson specializes in life science and office/flex real estate across Boulder and Northwest Denver. He is recognized by his clients as the market expert in life sciences properties in the greater Denver/Boulder area. Mr. Abrahamson has been involved in the majority of the area’s largest life sciences transactions and represents all of the institutional life sciences owners in the market. He advises his clients in one of the nation’s most dynamic and accelerating markets, Boulder, Colorado. His knowledge and understanding of what drives the Boulder economy and what attracts tenants to Boulder empowers his clients to effectively mitigate risk while leveraging all real estate opportunities in this growing and evolving market.

Daniel Close is promoted to senior vice president. Mr. Close specializes in advising industrial property owners, buyers, tenants and developers in the Colorado Front Range. Since becoming a broker in 2012, he has participated in transactions totaling over 13 million sq. ft. Given his experience and industry relationships, clients rely on him for unparalleled insight into the Denver industrial market. Mr. Close is known for working proactively and efficiently to achieve the highest possible outcomes for his clients.

Jeremy Kroner is promoted to senior vice president. Mr. Kroner is based in CBRE’s Boulder office and specializes in the leasing and sales of office and flex/industrial properties along the U.S. 36 corridor, north Denver metro, as well as the surrounding areas of Boulder, Jefferson, Broomfield and Adams counties. Along with his team, Mr. Kroner is responsible for nearly 20 million sq. ft. of leasing and sales transactions, with a total consideration of more than $2 billion. Mr. Kroner recently served as President of the Colorado chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR). 

Charley Will is promoted to senior vice president. Mr. Will is a senior partner on CBRE Capital Markets’ Institutional Properties group in Denver, specializing in the disposition and recapitalization of office, retail and mixed-use properties throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. His team has arranged the sale of many of the region’s highest-profile properties. Cumulatively, the team of nine members has been involved in over 95 million sq. ft. of sales transactions, totaling over $36 billion. Mr. Will recently served as President of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS® (DMCAR).

Stephani Gaskins is promoted to vice president. Ms. Gaskins is based in Denver and specializes in healthcare real estate brokerage throughout Denver and the Front Range. Along with her team, she represents or regularly works with most of the region’s leading hospital entities and healthcare operators. Since becoming a broker in 2019, Ms. Gaskins has participated in over 300 transactions totaling 2 million sq. ft. with a total consideration of more than $400 million.

 

Cuningham Appoints Sandi Najera as Chief Operating Officer

Cuningham, a national design firm, announced the appointment of Sandi Najera as the firm’s chief operating officer. Najera will oversee the alignment of Cuningham’s business plan, fiscal functions, and overall strategic vision, while streamlining business operations in a way that fosters growth and continues to build on Cuningham’s position as an industry-leading design firm.

Najera has more than 30 years of experience, including over 15 years of management experience within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry. During this time, she has earned a reputation as a progressive leader
who thrives on elevating those around her.
