Cheryl Casserly Joins Transwestern’s Growing Agency Leasing and Occupier Solutions Group
Transwestern announced his week that Cheryl Casserly has joined the firm’s Denver office as senior vice president. In this role, Casserly will work alongside Senior Vice President Karen Clarke to provide Agency Leasing and Occupier Solutions services to office and retail clients in greater Denver.

I can offer my clients a broader range of services in an agency with development and investment management arms.”
Casserly joins Transwestern from G&C Realty Advisors LLC, a tenant representation firm she co-founded. She also worked as a Business Development Director with Corporex Colorado LLC, where she assisted in the firm’s development at Fitzsimons Village, a mixed-used project adjacent to the Anschutz Medical Campus. Casserly was also Vice President with Corum Real Estate Group, a Denver-based developer. During her career, she has completed more than 2.5 million square feet of transactions on behalf of notable clients including Catholic Health Initiatives, US Bank, AT&T, and Centura Health.
Managing Director Larry Thiel Joins HFF’s Denver Office
Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announced that it has expanded its investment advisory team with the addition of Managing Director Larry Thiel, in its Denver office.
Mr. Thiel joins HFF from Transwestern, where he was a top performing investment advisory professional since 2010. Prior thereto, he worked at Grubb & Ellis Commercial Brokerage. Mr. Thiel began his career with Marcus and Millichap. He is an active member of NAIOP, ULI and ICSC and is a licensed Colorado real estate broker. Mr. Thiel has a juris doctor from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Kansas, where he received All-Conference honors playing football for the Jayhawks.
