Golden, CO – NavPoint Real Estate Group recently brokered the sale of a 7,000 SF office building at 2081 Youngfield Street in Golden. The seller was Rocky Mountain Fiber Arts, LLC. The buyer was 2081 Youngfield, LLC. Heather Taylor of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the buyer. This deal successfully closed in July 2016. The property is conveniently located off W 20th Ave and Youngfield St near I-70. The building was originally constructed in 1972 but recently renovated in 2012.
