Pouring With Heart, a bar group focused on preserving bars and building industry careers with care, is continuing its Denver expansion with the opening of a cocktail bar this summer in Denver’s iconic Larimer Square.
The bar will serve a Caribbean-inspired drink menu of modern takes on time-honored classics, crafted and served by a team of passionate staff. Offering a captivating dark tropical design that transports patrons to an immersive experience, the Emerald Eye lounge will open on Larimer Square, the landmark Denver district renowned for its inviting ambiance and unique mix of critically acclaimed restaurants and boutiques.
The Emerald Eye space features shining green tile, vintage-inspired lighting, and botanical wall coverings with a colorful yet muted palette. Adorned with eye-shaped motifs and artwork depicting tropical flora and fauna, its design evokes a playful nighttime feel that is sure to enchant visitors. With its alluring design elements and DJs spinning reggae, dance hall, & other tropical vinyl, Emerald Eye is poised to become a must-visit destination for those seeking a unique and captivating bar experience.
The Pouring With Heart philosophy celebrates the art of hospitality and offers high-quality drinks at affordable prices. The group has owned and operated Seven Grand at Dairy Block since 2017 and took ownership of American Bonded in Denver’s River North Arts District this past winter.

Located at 1403 Larimer St., Emerald Eye will be open nightly, serving affordable modern cocktails along with bottled beers, with DJs and dancing on the weekends.
Pouring With Heart aims to increase retention and career longevity through extensive training, health and wellness programs, and equity incentives for all managers and directors. The group has a goal to build 2030 careers by the year 2030 and see every employee as a potential leader within the organization.
