In Denver’s highly competitive rental real estate market, resident satisfaction is essential for the current wave of new developments. J Turner Research named Parq on Speer to the 2019 Elite 1% ORA Properties list. The designation is based on a community’s Online Reputation Assessment (ORA) score – which compiles reviews from different sites and then rates all U.S. rental properties on a scale from 1-100.
Parq on Speer is owned and operated by Greystar, a global leader in the investment, development and management of rental housing properties. Featuring 302 total apartment homes alongside 12,000 square feet of ground floor retail space, residences include studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans – townhomes and penthouses – with square footage spanning 545 to 3,517 square feet. Rents start at $1,710. The project architect is Ziegler Cooper Architects.

Gaining further recognition, Parq on Speer was also lauded as a 2020 Kingsley Excellence Winner based on its outstanding customer service. Communities designated with the Kingsley Excellence Award exceed industry benchmarks – going above and beyond to ensure their residents are satisfied with their living experience. The awards are identified each new year for performance during the previous calendar year.
