Orchard Town Center, a retail and community hub offering unique, interactive spaces and experiences for Coloradans of all ages, recently announced the upcoming openings of ten new retail stores, restaurants and service centers. Conveniently located at the cross-section of Interstate 25 and West 144th Avenue, the Westminster-based shopping center now includes 1.2 million square feet of retail, entertainment and public space, and expects to announce additional growth in the near future.
“This is an exciting time for the Denver Metro area and for Westminster specifically, because the Orchard Town Center is growing into a must-visit community hub for local residents and families. We’re thrilled to announce the unveiling of several new stores and restaurants, and look forward to making more announcements soon,” said Taylor Alvey, vice president of Leasing for Vestar, the management company that oversees Orchard Town Center. “Orchard’s list of in-demand stores and locations continues to grow, and we’re seeing significant increases in foot traffic as a result.”
Recent and planned openings, in addition to retail and restaurants, include a luxurious A-Loft Hotel [Coming Fall of 2020], a Topgolf Hiring Center [Opened June 1], and a Nordstrom Rack [Opened April 4]
