A 6,060-square-foot newly constructed office/warehouse space located at 861 Automation Drive in the City of Windsor, has sold for $1,475,000, or $243 per square-foot. The property is comprised of 2,775 square feet of office space, and 3,285-square-feet of warehouse space.
Jason Ells, CCIM, senior director, of Cushman & Wakefield Fort Collins represented the seller, Martin Homes, LLC, in the transaction. Rhett Strom, commercial broker, with The Group Inc. represented the buyer, Jona Enterprises, LLC who is leasing the facility to Rocky Mountain Extraction Services, LLC.
