Office Evolution, the largest coworking franchisor in the U.S., is further expanding its footprint in Colorado by signing a development deal that will add to the current 13 open locations in Colorado and now two others in development – one by a different franchisee – in the Centennial State.
This coworking business is owned and operated by the husband-and-wife team of Dennis and Diane Mapes and will service small-business owners and clients in the North Denver and Front Range areas. The couple has signed a development deal for one location.
“After researching the rapid growth in the coworking industry, we decided this would be a great opportunity to own our own business,” said Diane. “After speaking with the Office Evolution team, we couldn’t wait to partner with this brand and bring coworking spaces to the North Denver area.”
Diane is no stranger to franchising. Prior to becoming an Office Evolution franchisee, Diane owned a preschool fitness franchise for 12 years. During that time, she increased program participation to over 36 daycares in her territory. She also has vast experience in the marketing and sales industries. Dennis has over 18 years of legal administration and human resources experience. He also has experience with office buildouts. The husband-and-wife team figured that the combination of their backgrounds creates a perfect management team for their Office Evolution locations.
With more than 24 million non-employer businesses in the U.S. and more than 3.5 million U.S. businesses with four employees or less, demand for shared office space is high.
