DENVER – Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor by The Denver Post. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“We are once again honored and humbled to be recognized as a Top Work Place by the Denver Post,” said Jeff Johnson, co-founder, principal at Pinnacle. “Our brokers and staff are truly top notch and make the company an amazing place to work.”
“Our Culture sets us apart. Pinnacle’s entrepreneurial brokers and staff are proven team players resulting in amazing opportunities for our clients year after year,” said James Mansfield, a principal and managing director of the company. “The consistent dedication displayed by our brokers and staff is a testament to the positive culture that makes Pinnacle a perennial Best Place to Work award winner.”
In addition to competitive pay, paid time off, a 401K and flexible work schedules, Pinnacle employees graciously participate in the many volunteer opportunities surrounding community service days, company outings to sporting events, team building, summer picnics and quarterly sales meetings.
