Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors has been awarded a Top Workplaces honor by The Denver Post for the third consecutive year and fourth time overall. This award for 2021 highlights our commitment to creating an amazing workplace culture that attracts the best talent in the Denver area. We are proud to say that our employees believe Pinnacle is truly a great place to work. The award is based solely on employee feedback, and is a special one to receive. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, connection, and more.
“Although Pinnacle receives this award, it is our brokers and staff that truly deserve the recognition for their dedication to our clients and each other,” said James Mansfield, a principal and managing director of the company. “Our culture sets us apart.”
“We are very excited to once again receive this award,” said Jeff Johnson, co-founder, principal at Pinnacle. “It is especially meaningful this year given the ongoing and challenging circumstances presented to all of us by the COVID19 crisis.”
This year, Pinnacle continued to evolve and supported the constantly changing environment surrounding the Coronavirus pandemic by supporting an efficient work-from-home model for its brokers and staff. As more individuals in the community and at Pinnacle become vaccinated, Pinnacle employees enthusiastically look to stay active in the neighborhoods and commercial real estate industry that we support. We look forward to once again participating in volunteer efforts surrounding community service days, charity events, sporting events, team building, summer picnics, and quarterly sales meetings.
