Rowland+Broughton has been named to the exclusive Professional Services Management Journal’s (PSMJ) 2023 Circle of Excellence. This marks the firm’s eleventh year on the listing, which recognizes successfully managed architecture and engineering firms demonstrating outstanding achievements in staff growth, cash flow, productivity, business development, overhead management, profitability, and turnover.
The Circle of Excellence represents the top 20 percent of participants in PSMJ’s annual A/E Financial Performance Benchmark Survey, based on 13 key performance metrics. This year, 68 of 322 exceptional firms participating in the survey made it onto the exclusive list.
“The A/E/C Circle of Excellence award-winning firms represent the best of the best in terms of financial management. These organizations apply the best business practices to every phase of their operations,” says Frank A. Stasiowski, FAIA, founder and CEO of PSMJ Resources. “The top-performing firms just think and act differently from the rest of the pack to achieve extraordinary performance.”
Circle of Excellence members understand the importance of benchmarking and have raised the bar through top-notch business practices. PSMJ will honor these high-performing firms at the A/E/C THRIVE 2023 Summit for A/E/C Firm Leaders at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City on September 20-22, 2023.
Commenting on the achievement, Rowland+Broughton Principal, Sarah Broughton, FAIA, NCIDQ, shares, “As we celebrate R+B’s 20th anniversary this summer, we are especially proud to have our studios recognized by PSMJ. To once again be included in the elite group of firms that have been named to the Circle of Excellence is a testament to the diligence and determination of our Aspen and Denver teams. As we look to the future, we will continue to raise the bar on performance in every aspect of our work and surpass the expectations of our clients.”
