Westminster, CO – Transwestern’s Denver recently negotiated a 14,622-square-foot, six-year lease on behalf of WFI Properties III LLC at Park Centre Business Park, located at 1401 W. 122nd Ave. in Westminster, Colorado. Transwestern Associate Vice President Brian Wingate and Associate Broker Bucky Dilts represented the building owner in the lease with KP2 Edge LLC, doing business as RedLine Athletics.
“Westminster is becoming more popular as growth and development continue to move north of Denver,” said Wingate. “Ultimately, RedLine Athletics chose this property due to the strong demographics, ample parking, convenient access to Interstate 25 and 120th Avenue and the space being an excellent fit for the tenant’s needs.”
RedLine Athletics, which has a location in Colorado Springs, is slated to open in late first quarter 2017. With the new Westminster location, the training center chain has 12 locations nationwide and specializes in training young athletes active in all sports.
Westminster is a growing submarket with plans for the B Line train to connect it to Union Station, which will prompt more development and business interest. Park Centre is a single-story, 74,902-square-foot warehouse/flex building located just northwest of the I-25 and 120th Avenue intersection with high visibility and signage opportunities. Currently the building is 90.3 percent leased with 7,322 square feet of space available.
