A new community gathering spot is set to debut this summer at 550 South McCaslin Blvd in Louisville, where a Sam’s Club once stood, offering a fresh twist on dining and recreation. Relish Food Hall // Pickleball is bringing together eight local food vendors and more than 20 pickleball courts to create a dynamic space where food lovers and athletes can connect.

The architects for Relish are Engine 8 and Swan Dive Design Studio, and the general contractor is Himmelman Construction.

Designed to be more than just a dining venue, Relish aims to foster community through shared experiences—whether over a slice from Lenin’s Wood Fire Pizza, Venezuelan street food from ArepasCO, or global bites from Magic Food Bus. Each stall is curated to appeal to a range of tastes and dietary needs, reinforcing the food hall’s goal of inclusivity and local flavor.

“Our vision is to create a vibrant space where the community can connect over delicious food and an exciting sport,” said Jeff Youngstrom, co-founder of Relish. “The addition of pickleball courts perfectly complements this vision, offering a fun and popular activity for locals and visitors alike. We can’t wait for the community to come out and experience all that Relish has to offer—just in time for the summer.”

Relish will feature 19 indoor and two outdoor pickleball courts, making it one of the largest pickleball facilities in Colorado. Open play, leagues, private events, and memberships will be available to accommodate players of all experience levels.

“We will have lots of delicious food and fun events happening all the time,” added Tory Leggat, general manager at Relish. “But we’re most excited to provide a space where people can connect, share experiences and make memories.”

Relish is expected to open its doors in the coming months.
