Magnetic Capital, in partnership with the nationally acclaimed hospitality company Boka Restaurant Group, has announced that new restaurant concepts led by celebrated chef Brian Lockwood will debut at 2nd & Adams, a premier mixed-use development currently under construction in Cherry Creek North. The concepts will occupy space on the ground floor and across an expansive rooftop with views of downtown and the mountains.

The 100,000-square-foot development will blend modern office and retail space with chef-driven culinary experiences. Chef Lockwood is renowned for his refined style and tenure at top restaurants, including The French Laundry (Yountville, CA), Frasca Food & Wine (Boulder, CO), Eleven Madison Park (New York, NY), and The NoMad (New York, NY). Under Chef Lockwood’s leadership at Eleven Madison Park, the restaurant earned 3 Michelin stars and placed #1 on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.

Chef Lockwood will oversee the creation and execution of the distinctive restaurant concepts, each tailored to the unique energy of Cherry Creek. A Boulder native, this is an incredible coming-home story for Chef Lockwood.

2nd & Adams broke ground last year and is anticipated to be completed in Q1 2026. OZ Architecture is the architect for the project and Mortenson Construction is the general contractor. The building is 80% leased.

“At Magnetic, we are deeply committed to delivering transformative projects that help create community, and there’s no better way to do that than through food. Partnering with Boka Restaurant Group and Chef Brian Lockwood ensures that 2nd & Adams will become a true destination that redefines the culinary landscape of Cherry Creek. We couldn’t be more excited to bring this vision to life,” said Chris Carroll, managing partner of Magnetic Capital.

The 2nd & Adams development is set to further elevate Cherry Creek North as Denver’s most sought-after retail and dining district, offering a fresh mix of office, retail, and culinary innovation. The partnership marks Boka Restaurant Group’s debut in Denver and reinforces the group’s reputation for pairing exceptional chefs with compelling, design-forward spaces.

Further details on the restaurant concepts and design partners will be officially announced in the summer of 2025.
