Bowles Crossing, a retail, dining and entertainment center managed by Phoenix-based Vestar, today announced the recent and upcoming development of several new retail stores, restaurants and service centers, in addition to a refreshed exterior and plans for a multi-family development.
“Bowles Crossing looks and feels very different than it did when we purchased the property in 2016, and we have some exciting plans to continue the improvements to its curb appeal, as well as its overall development and expansion,” said Taylor Alvey, vice president of Leasing for Vestar. “In addition to our recently opened and upcoming stores and restaurants, we have 240 units of multi-family housing breaking ground very soon, through our residential building partner Alliance. We’re confident that this residential development will bring an influx of new traffic and investment to the area.”

The Littleton-based shopping center features more than 450,000 square feet of leasable space, serving a nearby resident population of more than 100,000.
“These new developments are growing significant interest in the center, which is located in a fast-growing area. The corner of Wadsworth Boulevard and Bowles Avenue sees approximately 85,000 cars per day,” said Alvey. “Our next focus for Bowles Crossing will be expanding our entertainment options. We want to create a real community hotspot that attracts local families and residents on many different levels.”
