Denver, CO – CBRE recently announced that Rob Link has joined the firm’s Denver office as Executive Vice President. Mr. Link is one of the top corporate real estate advisory professionals in the metro area. Now part of CBRE’s market-leading Transaction & Advisory Services | Occupier group, he will continue to focus on delivering compelling real estate strategy and driving business outcomes, including reducing costs, for corporate users in the professional services, legal and energy industries.

Back with CBRE after a successful 16-year stint with Savills Studley, where he was responsible for opening and leading the firm’s Denver office in addition to being one of its top producing professionals, Mr. Link will partner with Vice President Frederic da Loizaga and Senior Associate Ryan Link.

With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Link has executed more than 21 million sq. ft. of lease and sale transactions and has represented some of the most notable corporate uses in the Denver market, including Polsinelli, Northwestern Mutual, and CH2M, among others. In 2008, he was honored with Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors’ Office Broker of the Year award.
