Second Office Building at Kiewit’s Regional HQ Tops Out
Kiewit, one of the largest construction and engineering organizations in North America, continues to see progress on the build out of its new regional headquarters in Lone Tree as a second, four-story, 142,000-square-foot office building topped out last month. Kiewit broke ground on phase two of the project in April, following the topping off of the campus’ first office building, which includes five stories and 252,000 square feet of office space.
When complete, Kiewit’s regional headquarters will include the two office buildings and a parking structure on the 12.6-acre site just west of Interstate 25 at the Lincoln Avenue interchange. The convenient location within the mixed-use, master-planned RidgeGate community provides employees with close proximity to housing and transportation options, and easy access to I-25 and the Sky Ridge light-rail station. It also creates a central hub for Kiewit’s Colorado-based staff, and adds flexibility to support the company’s future needs.
Kiewit anticipates completion of the first building and adjacent parking garage this summer, with completion of the second building in the first quarter of 2022.
