Schnitzer West, LLC has announced that ServiceCore, a leading provider of cloud-based business management software for the liquid waste and roll-off industries, has signed a lease at The Current in Denver’s River North (RiNo) neighborhood.

ServiceCore will move its headquarters to The Current, occupying 14,794 square feet on the 10th floor beginning in early 2025. This decision reflects ServiceCore’s commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative employee culture. The company is proud of its strong Employee Net Promoter Score (ENPS) of 70+ and is the 69th fastest-growing software company in the U.S. according to the 2024 Inc. 5000 rankings.

“Our move to The Current is driven by our dedication to creating a workplace that inspires and enables our team to do their best work,” said Michael Boord, COO and CFO of ServiceCore. “In today’s hybrid work environment, it’s more important than ever to design a space where employees are motivated to come together. The Current provides the facilities that nurture collaboration, creativity, and connection — key elements of the culture that have driven our growth and success. Further, as The Current is in the heart of RiNo, we’ll be relocating our headquarters to a neighborhood that is filled with fantastic food and beverage options for our employees to enjoy. We’re excited to make The Current our home as we continue on our mission to enrich our customers’ lives while they create a cleaner world.”

The Current offers amenities such as a state-of-the-art gym, nearby restaurants, and dynamic gathering spaces, aligning with ServiceCore’s focus on providing an inspiring workplace. These features enhance the employee experience and position the team to continue delivering exceptional customer service, driving the company’s ongoing success and future growth.

“We are thrilled to welcome ServiceCore to The Current,” said Kyle Flippen, investment director at Schnitzer West. “Their innovative approach and passion for building a positive workplace culture align perfectly with the vibrant, collaborative environment we’ve cultivated at The Current. Our goal is to provide tenants with premium features and spaces that inspire connection and productivity, and we’re excited to see ServiceCore thrive here as they continue their impressive growth.”

Located on the corner of 36th and Delgany Street, The Current is a 12-story contemporary, best-in-class office tower containing 240,000 square feet of commercial space. Opened in 2023, The Current features eight floors of office space, two levels of underground parking, four levels of above-grade podium parking and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the Denver skyline and the Rocky Mountain Front Range. In 2025, the first floor will welcome Restaurant Emilia, a highly anticipated dining destination that will further enhance the building’s appeal and provide tenants and visitors with a premium culinary experience.
