The Orchard Town Center (OTC), located off of I-25 and 144th Ave in Westminster and leased and managed by Vestar, has announced that a new wave of upscale tenants is set to open in the coming months. Warby Parker, J.Crew Factory, PF Changs, Rally House, Cozy Coffee Co., Activate and ZAGG will add to the dynamic roster of existing retailers at The Orchard Town Center. With more than 52,000 square feet of new shopping and dining options, The Orchard Town Center is well over 90% leased, marking a significant milestone in its growth and development.
Already home to Target, Nordstrom Rack, Sephora, Lululemon and beloved local favorites like Whimsy Paint and Sip and Windfall Brewing Co., the addition of these new tenants not only enhances the center’s diverse offerings but also underscores its commitment to providing an exceptional shopping experience for Westminster and its neighboring communities. Construction and preparations are underway at several of these new locations, including Colorado’s own Cozy Coffee Co. and the nationally recognized J.Crew Factory. Cozy Coffee Co. will celebrate its grand opening in fall 2024. This women-owned coffee shop is a Colorado-based company and proudly sources all of its coffee from local Colorado roasters. Guests can expect coffee drinks with rich and diverse flavors as well as tasty baked goods.
J. Crew Factory, Fall 2024:
J. Crew Factory is set to open at The Orchard Town Center in early fall, bringing its popular collection of stylish, affordable clothing and accessories to the community. Known for its classic American style, J. Crew Factory offers a range of apparel for men, women and children, along with shoes and accessories. The new store will provide shoppers with quality fashion at accessible prices, making it a highly anticipated addition to the shopping center.
Rally House, Fall 2024:
In fall of 2024, The Orchard Town Center will welcome Rally House. ZAGG will open a new location at the Center. They offer a wide range of mobile accessories and device protection products. The Orchard Town Center in Westminster was developed by Forest City Enterprises, a real estate development company. The company, which has since been acquired by Brookfield Properties, was responsible for the planning and construction of this outdoor shopping center, which opened in 2008.
