Sophisticated LoHi Condominium Project Complete
Construction is now complete and homes are available for move-in at The Edge LoHi, Alpine Investments‘ chic neighborhood’s premiere upscale condominium project. Residents began moving in last month, and the sales team for the high-end new development, Slate Real Estate Advisors, has released the limited final inventory onto the market with pricing for 1-bedroom units starting under $500,000. Private showings launched at the end of May.
Designed by Cuningham Group Architects, the 44 upscale residences feature contemporary urban design, private outdoor terraces, abundant natural light and secure, covered parking. All units come with Bosch or Viking appliances, individual HVAC systems (no shared air here), quartz countertops, solid-core European style cabinets, hard wood floors and walk-in closets. Upper Edge (top floor) units also enjoy open floor plans with 19-foot ceilings, a bonus mezzanine space, a spacious private rooftop terrace for entertaining, fireplaces and a beverage refrigerator in each unit. Many units also come complete with 180-degree views of the Downtown Denver skyline.
According to Stan Kniss, owner of Slate Real Estate Advisors and sales lead at The Edge LoHi, sales at Edge have been strong thus far, with over 60 percent of the units pre-sold before construction finished, and despite the COVID-19 slowdown this Spring, since private tours resumed several weeks ago, activity has increased significantly, including several new units under contract.
“There are still a number of great units left, both 1 and 2-bedrooms, and even some with downtown views. Now that the project is finished and people are able to get out and tour again, we expect sales will accelerate this summer and into the fall. The project looks great, and buyers who’ve already moved in really seem to love it.”
Centrally located one block from the 16th Street pedestrian bridge leading to Union Station and downtown via a short walk through Riverfront Park, The Edge LoHi is perfectly positioned only steps from restaurants, salons, gyms and boutiques in one of downtown Denver’s most sought-after neighborhoods.
