SoulCycle Opens Studio in St. Paul Collection, Cherry Creek

DENVER — SoulCycle, the country’s premier full-body indoor cycling and lifestyle brand, is thrilled to announce the opening of its first ever studio in Colorado. The studio, located at 265 St. Paul Street in the second tower of BMC Investment’s St Paul Collection development in the Cherry Creek North neighborhood, is set to open on November 10, 2018.

“When entering a new market, SoulCycle has a big emphasis on community and finding the right neighborhood vibe and culture for their brand and Cherry Creek North was the perfect fit for their first location in Denver given its energy, demographic and community culture,” said Julie McBrearty, senior broker for Legend Partners who, along with Sam Zaitz, represented both SoulCycle and BMC Investments in the deal. “SoulCycle is more than a workout, it’s a lifestyle and St Paul Collection aligns perfectly with the brand it will be more than just residences and retail – it will be a community that sets a new bar for luxury living in Denver.”

SoulCycle Denver will feature a 64-bike studio, home to the signature SoulCycle workout. The 2,930-square-foot studio will also house an expansive lifestyle boutique selling SoulCycle’s original performance and athleisure clothing collections. Additional rider amenities include dedicated parking, four gender neutral showers and multiple restrooms.

SoulCycle classes are held in candlelit studios, making riders feel like they are partying in a healthy nightclub. The dark, non-intimidating rooms allow riders to lose themselves in the workout. Rides take place to one-of-a-kind playlists with instructors who are inspirational coaches, pushing riders to do their best on and off the bike.

Classes in Colorado cost $20 for first time riders and $28 per class on a regular basis. SoulCycle also offers packages of five, ten, twenty and thirty classes.

Unlike anything in Denver, the St. Paul Collection connects sophisticated urban living to the epicenter of retail in a vibrant, walkable neighborhood. The project is comprised of two towers offering 165 ultra-luxury for-lease residences; 55,000 square feet of ground floor retail; and amenities including a rooftop deck with pool and cabanas, clubhouse and a full- service concierge. SoulCycle is the first retail tenant to be announced at St. Paul Collection.
