Etkin Johnson Real Estate Partners, a full-service, privately owned commercial real estate investment and development company based in Colorado, has secured a long-term lease with Blue Canyon Technologies (BTC), a complete end-to-end spacecraft company and leading small satellite manufacturer. BTC will occupy an 80,132-square-foot office/flex building, located at 2550 Crescent Drive in the Lafayette Corporate Campus in Lafayette, Colorado.
