SILVERTHORNE, CO– Summit Sky Ranch, a true mountain community in Silverthorne, recently celebrated the grand opening of Aspen House, a 8,000-square-foot community gathering space. The grand opening event was attended by 300 owners and guests and marked another milestone in the success of the development.
Longtime local businessman Tom Everist of The Everist Companies is the visionary behind Summit Sky Ranch, which is on his family’s pristine parcel of mountain wilderness. Everist envisions a vibrant and inclusive community that brings families and their love of the outdoors together to enjoy Colorado living, while preserving the natural beauty of the Blue River Valley.
Aspen House was designed by Craine Architectecture.
“Summit Sky Ranch is providing people with the opportunity to live in a mountain home that is part of a larger community of friends and neighbors, and the opening of Aspen House provides a communal space where people can enjoy their shared mountain lifestyle,” said Matt Mueller, development director. “Many of our buyers have made the decision to call Silverthorne home, and Summit Sky Ranch gives them the perfect neighborhood environment. They can enjoy an active, outdoor lifestyle, experience all that the town has to offer, including the new performing arts center, restaurants, breweries and retail space, and then ‘come home’ to their mountain community.”
